(3) sustainable development of the agricultural and fisheries industries;
(4) Avian Influenza;
(5) animal welfare;
(6) the Veterinary Surgeons Board; and
(7) housekeeping matters of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (agriculture, fisheries and inspection and quarantine sides)
