Hong Kong's Action on Salt and Sugar Reduction

Hong Kong's Action on Salt and Sugar Reduction (HKASSR) Campaign is organised by the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety. The Campaign aims to provide a wide range of information concerning salt and sugar reduction to the general public and the catering industry through diversified publicity and promotion activities, with the hope that everyone can cultivate healthy less-salt-and-sugar dietary habit.
